ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Additional Agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance agreement, and these goods, digital content, and/or services are supplied by the business or by a third party based on an arrangement between that third party and the business.
Cooling-Off Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business, or profession and who enters into an agreement with the business.
Day: calendar day.
Digital Content: data produced and delivered in digital form.
Ongoing Transaction: an agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
Durable Data Carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or business to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction, including email.
Right of Withdrawal: the option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Withdrawal Form: the form provided by the business that consumers may use when exercising their right of withdrawal.
Business: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance Agreement: an agreement concluded between the business and the consumer exclusively through one or more means of remote communication.
Remote Communication Technology: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and business being physically present together.
Terms & Conditions: the present Terms & Conditions of the business.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the business and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the business and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions may be provided electronically in a manner that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
If one or more provisions in these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
The business reserves the right to modify and adjust offers.
Product images are intended to provide a truthful representation of the products offered. However, the business cannot guarantee that displayed colours exactly match the actual product colours.
All offers contain sufficient information to clearly explain the rights and obligations associated with acceptance of the offer, including:
* the total price including taxes
* any shipping costs
* payment methods
* delivery methods
* applicability of the right of withdrawal
ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT
The agreement becomes effective when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the business will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
The business may investigate whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse orders if there are justified concerns.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product without providing a reason.
The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer, or a designated third party, receives the product.
Consumers must handle the product and packaging carefully during the cooling-off period.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
The consumer must notify the business within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or valid proof of return shipment.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
* personalized or custom-made products
* products that deteriorate quickly
* sealed hygiene products once opened
* digital products once delivery has started with consumer consent
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including but not limited to underwear, bikinis, cosmetics, beauty products, and personal care items.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICING
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The business reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.
Import duties, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
The business guarantees that products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable standards of usability and reliability.
Warranty claims do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Warranty coverage does not apply if:
* products have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
* products have been used improperly
* damage results from misuse or external circumstances
ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT
The business will process orders with the greatest possible care.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
If delivery is delayed or partially unavailable, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 12 – ONGOING TRANSACTIONS: DURATION, CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL
Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements at any time subject to a maximum notice period of one month.
Fixed-term agreements will not automatically renew unless clearly agreed otherwise.
ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be completed within the payment period specified during checkout.
Consumers are required to report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted clearly and within a reasonable time after the issue has been identified.
The business will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the consumer’s jurisdiction where legally required.
