Order & Delivery

When will I receive my order?  
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer our products at more competitive prices than our competitors. In addition, we cover the shipping costs for you.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, delays may occasionally occur during the shipping process.

Have you still not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? Please contact us.

I am missing some products from my order. How is that possible?  
We work with multiple suppliers, which means products may be shipped separately. If you are missing items, they will usually arrive within 2 to 3 additional business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What are the shipping costs?  
We cover all shipping costs.

Please note: Occasionally, we offer promotional FREE products. In such cases, we charge a shipping fee of $6.95 CAD to cover shipping and handling costs.

Exchanges & Returns

I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?  
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and undamaged. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.
