Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
Once we have received your return in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. Please note that return shipping costs from your address to the supplier are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Return Exceptions
Products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
* Sealed products once the seal has been broken
* Custom-made or personalized products
* Products of a personal nature
* Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons
* Products that deteriorate or expire quickly
* Products with prices subject to financial market fluctuations beyond our control
* Newspapers and magazines
* Opened audio, video, or software products
